People share the darndest pics and we’re only getting more creative. Photo-sharing is growing like wildfire. So why are we still expressing ourselves through cartoon emoticons in text messages?!?!?! It’s time we “Snapp to the Future”: introducing the Snapp App, an Android-only mobile app that rivals Apple's emojis. It combines photo sharing and text messaging to allow users to convey any expression through self-made icons called Snapcons. Not only can users make sad, angry, or silly facial expressions, they can also import any image (such as celeb faces and hand gestures) or pictures taken on their Android device to be cropped and turned into a Snappcon. In a world where all photos are scrutinized and judged, there is no room for weird, fun, silly, or quirky. Snapp is giving back the ability to express yourself in a whole new fun and unique way.
