We view our beers as more than just beverages they are an experience. Our theme is pop culture and internet style humor. Our funny and relatable beers will create connections for the people who drink them. They are conversation pieces. Laughing Troll will be a microbrewery with a tap room that offers a wide variety of high quality, complex beers including our award winning Belgian Dubbel "Demaciale" which took third place at the 2014 New Orleans on Tap. To lower start up costs we wil sell our beers only in our tap room initially as well as some beers from other popular craft breweries. By selling on site our margins should be much higher and costs lower, allowing quick growth into distribution. Our year round beers will include a Belgian Dubbel, Milk Stout, Chipotle Blonde and Black IPA. We will also have several rotating taps for special experimental beers and seasonal favorites.
